CLARK FIELD, PAMPANGA - Buklud Kabalen Inc. officers attended the Community Development for People's Empowerment and Self-Reliance Seminar at Clark Field, Pampanga last September 04 - 05, 2008.The seminar was faciliated by Mr. Lito Manalili, a professor from the University of the Philippines and was also one of the key note speakers last Kapampangan Congress.
