APALIT, PAMPANGA - October 25, 2008, Buklud Kabalen Inc. hosted a Good Governance Seminar and was attended by officers and members of the organization, Social Action Center of Pampanga (S.A.C.O.P) and farmers association leaders.The seminar was facilitated by SALAG, a structural alternative legal assistance for grassroots from Cavite. The group was headed by Atty. Mimi Cabana and Rev. Fr. Hermogenes Verano of Aglipayan.
The main purpose of the seminar is to educate and to enhance people about the true meaning of Good Governance. Many speak about it but only a handful truly understands.
